Terms and Conditions:
1. The Auction Sale is being conducted by the Authorised Officer under the provisions of SARFAESI Act with the aid and through
e-auction. Auction/ Bidding shall be only through “Online Electronic Mode” through the websitehttps://www.arcil.co.in/business/
properties is the service provider to arrange platform for e-auction.
2. The Auction is conducted as per the further Terms and Conditions of the Bid Document and as per the procedure set out therein.
Bidders may go through the website of Arcil, and the link mentioned herein above as well as the website of the service provider,for

Limited, Xrbia North Hinjewadi Developers Private Limited are undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) as
per the provisions of The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (“IBC”) and are under moratorium, as per the IBC.
8. All the intending purchasers/ bidders are required to register their name in the portal mentioned above and get user ID and
password free of cost to participate in the e-auction on the date and time as mentioned aforesaid.

13.The particulars specified in the auction notice published in the newspapers have been stated to the best of the information of the
undersigned; however, undersigned shall not be responsible/ liable for any error, misstatement or omission.
14. In the event of and on later development due to intervention/order of any court or tribunal save appropriate legal opinion and legal
remedy available to Arcil, if the sale is required to be cancelled Arcil shall refund the “EMD” and/ or ‘Sale Proceeds’ only without
interest and the purchaser/ biddershall have no right to raise any claim, against Arcil or its officers, of whatsoever nature with
respect to loss, damages, costs/expenses, loss of business opportunity etc.
15.The Borrower/ Guarantors/ Mortgagors, who are liable for the said outstanding dues, shall treat this Sale Notice as a notice under
Rules 8 and 9 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, about the holding of the above-mentioned auction sale.
16. In the event, the auction scheduled hereinabove fails for any reason whatsoever, ARCIL has the right to sell the secured asset by
any other methods under the provisions of Rule 8(5) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 and SARFAESI Act, 2002.

अनुबंधों की संखया के ड्हाज से
दुडनया के सबसे बड़े िेररवेड्व
एकसचेंज का दजा्म गंवा डदया और
अब बाजी् के बी 3 के हा् यह
तरगा आ गया है। एकसचेंज के
सीईओ आडशषकुरार चौहान ने
बुधवार को डतराही नतीजे को ्ेकर
डव््ेषकों से बातचीत के दौरान ये
बातें कही।
चौहान ने बी3 की बढत का शेय
एनएसई की तु्ना रें उसके छो्े
आकार के अनुबंधों को डदया और
कहा डक अनुबंध के आकार की
टेडिंग वॉलयूर बढाने रें अहर
िूडरका होती है। जु्ाई रें एनएसई
पर रोजाना औसतन 11.27 करोड़
अनुबंधों का कारोबार हुआ।
वयशकतगत डनवेशकों के बढते
नुकसान और घरे्ू बाजार रें
वैश्वक टेडिंग फर्मों के रो्े रुनाफे
को ्ेकर बढती डचंता के बीच
एकसचेंज ने दुडनया के सबसे बड़े
िेररवेड्व एकसचेंज के दजा्म गंवाने
को जयादा रहतव नहीं डदया।
चौहान ने कहा, िारत सौदों के
कारोबार के रार्े रें दुडनया के
सबसे बड़े िेररवेड्व बाजारों रें से
एक बना हुआ है। इससे हरारे
बाजार की जीवंतता और सु्िता
का पता च्ता है। उनहोंने कहा,
िारत रें अनुबंधों का औसत
आकार अपेकाकृत छो्ा है। जयादा
टेडिंग वॉलयूर काफी हद तक इनहीं
अनुबंधों के कारण है। रूलय के
ड्हाज से एनएसई का ऑपशन
पीडरयर कारोबार अरेररकी शेयरों
के ऑपशन कारोबार के पांचवें डहससे
से िी कर है।
स्ोररया गडतडवडधयों पर डचंता दूर
करने के ड्ए िारतीय पडतिूडत और
डवडनरय बोि्ड (सेबी) ने हा् रें
सूचकांक के एफऐंिओ अनुबंधों
के ड्ए नयूनतर अनुबंध आकार
को बढाकर 15 ्ाख रुपये कर
डदया है, डजससे ्ॉ् का साइज बड़ा
हो गया है। अडतररकत डनयारकीय
उपाय- जैसे एकसपायरी के डदनों रें
कै्ेंिर सपेि ्ाि खतर करना
और सापताडहक एकसपायरी को
सीडरत करना- िी शुरू डकए गए हैं।
अब तक छह रें से पांच सुधार ्ागू
डकए जा चुके हैं।
ये हसतकेप उन आंकड़ों के बाद
डकए गए हैं, जो बताते हैं डक 90
फीसदी से अडधक खुदरा कारोबारी
एफऐंिओ टेडिंग रें नुकसान
उठाते हैं। इसका असर साफ
डदखता है और िेररवेड्व का टेडिंग
वॉलयूर अपने सव्वोचच सतर से
करीब 30 फीसदी घ् गया है।
इसके अ्ावा, हाई फीकवेंसी टेि
रें िी कुछ नररी की बात कही जा
रही है। कुछ टेिर जेन सटी् जैसी
डनयारकीय जांच के बीच पतीका
करो और देखो का दृशष्कोण
अपना रहे हैं।
एनएसई पबंधन ने डनवेशकों की

बचाने रें रदद डर्े। उसने
डनवेशकों को डशडकत करने के

एनएसई के एक अडधकारी ने
कहा, डनवेशकों की पातता और
सस्नैडबड््ी डनयर ्ाने से जहां
खुदरा डनवेशकों को नुकसान से
बचाने रें रदद डर्ेगी, वहीं
डनवेशकों की डशका रें िी इजाफा
होगा। पबंधन ने कहा डक वैश्वक
वयापार को ्ेकर अडनश्चतता और
्ैररफ बाजार के सेंड्रें् के सतककु
रुख रें योगदान कर रहे हैं।
एकसचेंज ने वीआईएकस फयूचर
पेश करने के इरादे की घोषणा की
और इस तरह वो्ेड्ड््ी से जुड़े
सौदों की तरफ िी कदर बढा डदए।

एनएसई की योजना पर कहा,
वीआईएकस फयूचस्म शुरू करने के
संबंध रें हरें फीिबैक डर्ा है। इस
पर हर सही सरय पर डवचार कर
सकते हैं। इस रहीने एनएसई ने
पावर िेररवेड्व सेगरें् रें डबज्ी
वायदा शुरू डकया है। एकसचेंज ने
को-्ोकेशन इनफा के डवसतार पर
िी चचा्म की।
एनएसई का एकीकृत शुद्ध ्ाि
डवत वष्म 2026 की पह्ी डतराही
रें डपछ्े सा् की इसी अवडध के
रुकाब्े 14 फीसदी की बढोतरी
के सा् 2,924 करोड़ रुपये पर
पहुंच गया। इस अवडध रें एकसचेंज
का पररचा्न राजसव घ्कर
4,032.24 करोड़ रुपये रह गया
जो डपछ्े सा् इसी अवडध रें
4,509.7 करोड़ रुपये ्ा।
एकसचेंज के अडधकारी ने इस बात
की पुशष् की है डक को-्ोकेशन
और िाककु फाइबर से संबंडधत दो
डनप्ान आवेदन सेबी के पास
डवचाराधीन हैं।

अमेरिकी राषटपडत िॉनलि टंप के िारतीय उतपादों पर
1 अगसत से 25 फीसदी ्ैररफ ्गाने की अपतयाडशत
घोषणा के बाद िारतीय शेयर बाजार गुरुवार को डगराव्
के सा् खु् सकते हैं। टंप ने रूस से िारत के ईंधन
आयात पर िी जुरा्मना ्गाने का संकेत डदया है।
अरेररकी राषटपडत की घोषणा के बाद डगफ् डस्ी रें
डनफ्ी िेररवेड्व अनुबंधों रें कारोबार आधा फीसदी से
जयादा घ् गया। डव््ेषकों का कहना है डक गुरुवार को
शेयर बाजार 1 से 2 फीसदी के बीच डगर सकते हैं।
गाररें्, फारा्मसयुड्क्, रतन और आिूषण, वाहन
और पेटोरसायन सेक्रों के शेयरों रें जयादा करजोरी
आ सकती है। हा्ांडक डजन कंपडनयों का अरेररका रें
कोई डनवेश नहीं है, वे िी आड््मक डवकास पर पड़ने वा्े
संपूण्म असर की डचंताओं से दबाव रें आ सकती हैं।
डव््ेषकों का कहना है डक अगर अरेररका के सा्
कोई सरझौता नहीं होता है तो जीिीपी वृडद्ध दर रें 20
आधार अंक की करी आ सकती है।
को्क रडहंदा एएरसी के पबंध डनदेशक नी्ेश शाह
ने कहा, ‘्ैररफ पर बाजार नकारातरक पडतड्या देगा।
अरेररकी नीडत की अडनश्चतता के बावजूद डनवेशकों
को अरेररका और िारत के दीघा्मव डध डहतों को देखते
हुए सरझौते की उमरीद ्ी।’
सेक्रों की बात करें तो ्ैररफ वा्ी वसतुओं रें
फारा्मसयुड्कलस को शाडर् करने का बड़ा असर पड़
सकता है कयोंडक िारत के फारा्म डनया्मत रें अरेररका की
डहससेदारी 30 पडतशत से अडधक है।
इशकवनॉडरकस के संस्ापक चोकाड्ंगर जी ने कहा,
‘बाजार रें 1-1.5 पडतशत की डगराव् आ सकती है,
्ेडकन उसके तुरंत बाद शस्रता आ जाएगी। हा्ांडक
कई सेक्र रें इसका असर रहसूस होगा। ्ेडकन जब
तक आई्ी और सेवा डनया्मत अपिाडवत रहेंगे, वयापक
पिाव सीडरत रह सकता है।’
अरेररकी राषटपडत की अडतररकत जुरा्मने की धरकी
यू्ेन के सा् युद्धडवरार सरझौते के ड्ए रूस को 10
डदन की सरय-सीरा की औपचाररक घोषणा के एक डदन
बाद आई है। अरेररका ने उन देशों पर सेकंिरी शुलक
्गाने की धरकी दी ्ी जो रूस से ते् आयात करते हैं।
िारत, अरेररका के सा् वयापार वाता्म रें शाडर् होने
वा्े शुरुआती देशों रें से एक ्ा। अरेररका िारत का
सबसे बड़ा वयापाररक साझेदार और परुख डनया्मत
बाजार है।
बाजार डव््ेषकों का कहना है डक 25 पडतशत ्ैररफ
दर डवयतनार, इंिोनेडशया और डफ्ीपींस जैसे
पडतसपडध्मयों के ड्ए कर दरों की तु्ना रें नकारातरक
घ्ना्र है, कयोंडक ये देश शर-पधान उतपादों और
इ्ेकटॉडनक वसतुओं की सरान शेडणयों के सा्-सा्
डवदेशी पो्डफोड्यो डनवेशकों के पवाह रें िारत के सा्
पडतसपधा्म करते हैं।
एफपीआई इस रहीने िारत रें शुद्ध डबकवा् रहे
हैं जबडक अनय उिरते बाजारों रें उनहोंने खरीदारी पर
जोर डदया।

डवडनरय बोि्ड (सेबी) के 3 जु्ाई
आदेश के बाद से वायदा एवं
डवकलप (एफऐंिओ) रें कारोबार
शुरू नहीं डकया है। उनहोंने डबजनेस
वलि्ड को डदए एक साकातकार रें यह
बात कही। पांिेय ने इस पर जोर
डदया डक सेबी और एकसचेंज इस
घ्ना्र के बाद बाजार पर ‘कड़ी
डनगरानी’ बनाए हुए हैं। उनहोंने
अरेररकी टेडिंग फर्म पर डसफकु
अस्ायी पडतबंध ्गाने के डनण्मय
का सर््मन करते हुए कहा डक
कारण बताओ नोड्स या अंडतर
आदेश के बगैर स्ायी पडतबंध
्गाना ‘रनराना होता और कानूनी
रूप से िी नहीं ड्कता।’
जेन सटी् ने एस्ो खाते रें
4,844 करोड़ रुपये जरा करा डदए
और हेरफेर या धोखाधड़ी से जुड़ी
टेडिंग से दूर रहने का शप्पत डदया।
इसके बाद सेबी ने उस पर ्गे
टेडिंग पडतबंध को ह्ा ड्या।
बाजार डनगरानी से जुड़ी डचंताओं
के बारे रें पांिेय ने कहा, ‘पौदोडगकी
तेज गडत से आ रही है और कोई िी
डनयारक खुद के रहारानव होने का
दावा नहीं कर सकता। जेन सटी्
रार्े ने हरारी डनगरानी पणाड्यों
को उननत बनाने की आव्यकता
बता दी है और हर सड्य रूप से
ऐसा कर रहे हैं।’
चेयररैन ने कहा डक सेबी ने नए
डनगरानी रानक पेश डकए हैं और वह
एफऐंिओ टेडिंग रें असारानय िेल्ा
एकसपोजर या आउ्-ऑफ-द-रनी
ऑपशन रें उछा् सडहत डवसंगडतयों
का पता ्गाने के ड्ए एआई-
संचाड्त ्ूलस की संिङावना
््ो् रहा है। सेबी आधुडनक बाजार
कारोबाररयों के सा् ता्रे् बनाए
रखने के ड्ए बाहरी डवशेषज्ञता के
ड्ए िी तैयार है।
सेबी के 3 जु्ाई के एकपकीय
अंतररर आदेश रें बाजार रें हेरफेर
से कड्त रूप से, खासतौर से
इंिेकस एकसपायरी के डदनों रें कराए
अवैध ्ाि को जबत करने का
डनद्देश डदया गया ्ा।
सेबी अधयक ने कहा, ‘हरारी
नयायपणा्ी तय पड्या के डबना
डकसी को दोषी रानने की अनुरडत
नहीं देती। 59.7 करोड़ िॉ्र की
जरा राडश इस संबंध रें एक रजबूत
संकेत है डक सेबी गंिीर बना हुआ
है। हर यहां नायक बनने के ड्ए
नहीं हैं। हर यहां सुसंगत, वैध
डनयरन के राधयर से िरोसा कायर
करने के ड्ए हैं।’
उनहोंने यह िी सपष् डकया डक
जेन सटी् डवदेशी पो््डफोड्यो
डनवेशक (एफपीआई) डनयरों
का अनुपा्न कर रही है डजसरें
10 पडतशत से अडधक डहससेदारी
वा्े ्ािा््बी सवाडरतव का
खु्ासा शाडर् है। पांिेय ने
कहा, ‘एफऐंिओ रें उनका
कारोबार इशकव्ी सवाडरतव से
जुड़ा नहीं है।’

दूसरी ओर कंपनी का खच्म सा्ाना आधार
पर 10.25 फीसदी घ्कर 11,125.01
करोड़ रुपये रह गया। हा्ांडक एयर इंडिया
दुघ्म्ना रें हुए नुकसान के कारण इस कंपनी
का अंिरराइड्ंग घा्ा डवत वष्म 2025 की
पह्ी डतराही के 1,588 करोड़ रुपये के
रुकाब्े बढकर 1,756 करोड़ रुपये
हो गया।
कंपनी का संयुकत अनुपात डपछ्े सा् की
सरान डतराही के 116.13 फीसदी के
रुकाब्े रारू्ी घ्कर 116.16 फीसदी
रहा। कंपनी की योजना ्ाि को रजबूत
बनाने पर धयान देने की है। इसरें खुदरा व
एरएसएरई सेगरें् को धयान रें रखकर
नवोनरेषी योजनाओं की पेशकश पर जोर देना
शाडर् है।
इसके अ्ावा आय की घोषणा के बाद
डव््ेषकों से बातचीत के दौरान पबंधन ने
कहा डक डवत वष्म 26 रें संयुकत अनुपात 3
फीसदी कर करते हुए 113 फीसदी पर ्ाने
का इरादा है। सारानय बीरा पररषद के आंकड़ों
के अनुसार सारानय बीरा कंपनी की बाजार
डहससेदारी डतराही के दौरान बढकर 15.51
फीसदी हो गई जो डपछ्े सा् की इसी अवडध
रें 14.65 फीसदी ्ी।

(जेएफएसए्) के डनदेशक रंि् ने
बुधवार को कंपनी रें तरजीही वॉरं् के जररये
पवत्मक इकाइयों के 15,825 करोड़ रुपये
के पूंजी डनवेश की रंजूरी दे दी। डजयो
फाइनैंडशय् सडव्मसेज का शेयर बुधवार को
320 रुपये पर सपा् बंद हुआ।
कंपनी ने गुरुवार को स्ॉक एकसचेंजों को
िेजी जानकारी रें बताया डक यह धनराडश
316.50 रुपये पडत वॉरं् की कीरत वा्े
50 करोड़ वॉरं् जारी करके जु्ाई जाएगी।
इनहें 306.50 रुपये के पीडरयर पर 10 रुपये
अंडकत रूलय वा्े इशकव्ी शेयर रें बद्ा
जा सकेगा। यह हा् के डदनों रें िारतीय
डवतीय सेवा केत रें जु्ाई गई सबसे बड़ी
धनराडश रें से एक होगी।
कंपनी के एक बयान के अनुसार वॉरं् दो
पवत्मक सरूह संस्ाओं डसकका पोर्ट्स ऐंि
्डर्मनलस और जारनगर यूड्ड््ीज ऐंि
पावर पाइवे् ड्डर्ेि को आवंड्त डकए
जाएंगे जो शेयरधारकों और डनयारकीय
रंजूरी के अधीन होंगे। पूण्म रूपांतरण के बाद
पवत्मक सरूह की संयुकत डहससेदारी 10.17
फीसदी बढ जाएगी। अंबानी पररवार के
सवाडरतव वा्ी पवत्मक संस्ाओं के पास
कंपनी की 47 पडतशत डहससेदारी है।
बयान रें कहा गया है डक पवत्मक संस्ाओं
रें डसकका पोर्ट्स ऐंि ्डर्मनलस की डहससेदारी
1.08 फीसदी से बढकर 4.65 फीसदी हो
जाएगी जबडक जारनगर यूड्ड््ीज ऐंि
पावर की डहससेदारी 2.02 फीसदी से बढकर
5.52 पडतशत हो जाएगी। ये वॉरं् आवं्न
की तारीख से 18 रहीनों के िीतर पूण्म
चुकता शेयरों रें पररवडत्मत डकए जा सकेंगे।
बयान रें कहा गया है डक अपररवडत्मत वॉरं्
सरापत हो जाएंगे और उन पर िुगतान की
गई राडश जबत कर ्ी जाएगी।
एक सूत ने बताया डक जु्ाई 2023 रें
रर्ायंस इंिसटीज से अ्ग हुई डजयो
फाइनैंडशय् ऋण, बीरा और पररसंपडत
पबंधन के केत रें अपनी रौजूदगी सड्य
रूप से बढा रही है। पवत्मकों से डर्ने वा्ी
रकर का इसतेरा् रुखय रूप से बीरा केत
रें पवेश के ड्ए डकया जाएगा।

दिलली उचच नयाया्य ने 2014 के सीबीिी्ी के सकुकु्र
के बारे रें अरसे से पती डकत कर सपष्ता दे दी है। इससे
कै्ेगरी-3 वैक शलपक डनवेश फंिों (एआईएफ) को राहत
डर्ी है। इन फंिों रें हेज फंि और जड्् टेडिंग रणनीडतयों
रें डनवेश करने वा्े िी शाडर् हैं। उदोग जगत के ्ोगों
का कहना है डक 2014 के सीबीिी्ी सकुकु्र के कारण
एआईएफ को ्ाि पर ्गिग 40 पडतशत कर देना पड़ा
जबडक कना्म्क और तडर्नािु के एआईएफ ने केव्
12.5 पडतशत कर िुगतान डकया।
29 जु्ाई के आदेश रें डदल्ी उचच नयाया्य ने बोि्ड
ऑफ एिवांस रूड्ंगस के उस आदेश को खाररज कर डदया
डजसरें इशकव्ी इं्ेड्जेंस एआईएफ टस् की ओर से
दाडख् डनकासी आवेदन को नारंजूर कर डदया गया ्ा।
बीएआर ने कहा ्ा डक अगर ्ािाड््मयों के नार रू् टस्
िीि रें नहीं हैं तो ऐसे टस् को अडनधा्मररत राना जाएगा
और उस पर ‘अडधकतर राडज्मन् रे्’ ्ागू होगी।
सेबी के डनयरों के अनुसार एआईएफ के ड्ए वयवसाय
शुरू करने से पह्े पंजीकरण कराना अडनवाय्म है। पंजीकरण
के ड्ए एआईएफ को सेबी के पास टस् िीि जरा करनी
होगी। एआईएफ के वररषठ वकी् ने द्ी् दी डक रू् टस्
िीि रें डनवेशकों के नार नहीं हो सकते और अगर ऐसा होता
है तो यह अपने आप रें सेबी के डनयरों का बड़ा उल्ंघन
होगा। डदल्ी उचच नयाया्य ने अपने आदेश रें कहा,
‘डकसी िी अडधडनयर के तहत डकसी िी इकाई को असंिव
काय्म के ड्ए बाधय नहीं डकया जा सकता। इस रार्े रें
बताए गए तथय इस तरह के असंिव कार को बढावा दे
सकते हैं।’ इसके अ्ावा, उचच नयाया्य ने सीबीिी्ी
सकुकु्र के पैरा 6 रें डवरोधािास का िी डज् डकया है।
सकुकु्र रें रू् टस् िीि रें डनवेशकों के नार या पहचान
को अडनवाय्म डकया गया है। ्ेडकन इसके पैरा 6 रें कहा गया
है डक यह सकुकु्र उन राजयों रें ्ागू नहीं होगा जहां उचच
नयाया्य ने इस रुदे पर डवपरीत डनण्मय डदया है।

संखया 23 करोड़ के पार च्ी गई
है। आडखरी 1 करोड़ खातों का
जुड़ाव रहज तीन रहीने रें हुआ
है। इस बीच, एनएसई का कहना
है डक पंजीकृत यूडनक डनवेशकों
की संखया 28 जु्ाई तक 11.8
करोड़ हो गई। एक डनवेशक के
पास एक से जयादा बोकरों के खाते
हो सकते हैं, ऐशे रें उनकी टेडिंग
खातों की संखया कई हो सकती है।
इसरें रहाराषट का स्ान अगणी
रहा, जहां डनवेशकों के करीब 4
करोड़ खाते (17 फीसदी) हैं,
डजसके बाद उतर पदेश (2.5
करोड़ यानी 11 फीसदी),
गुजरात 2 करोड़ (9 फीसदी)
खातों के सा् दूसरे स्ान है।
पश्चर बंगा् और राजस्ान रें
खातों की संखया 1.3 करोड़ है
यानी कु् का 6 फीसदी। इन
