V Dakshinamoorthy, IAS is the Agricultural Production Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department. Earlier, Thiru. V Dakshinamoorthy, IAS served as the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board.
