This is in continuation of our earlier disclosures dated June 5, 2017 and July 6, 2017, wherein the
Company had shared details of the FIR dated June 2, 2017 lodged by the CBI against the Company
and certain other persons, and the Writ Petition filed by the Company before the Hon’ble Delhi
High Court challenging the FIR. Further, vide our disclosure dated January 24, 2025, we had
informed that the CBI had filed a closure report, which was accepted by the Hon’ble Rouse Avenue
Court, holding that no criminality or violation was found against any of the accused persons.
We now wish to inform you that the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, vide its order dated July 28, 2025
(received on July 31, 2025), has disposed of the aforesaid Writ Petition in view of the acceptance
of the closure report.
